I start by doing a posture analysis and various muscle imbalance tests which then enable me to prepare a personalised programme of exercises, tailored to your individual needs. You will discover which of your muscles are short, tight or over-active and which ones need to be lengthened in order for your body to move more freely. At the same time, you will learn to stabilise the joints so that they are protected and have the full range of motion combined with stability.

Personal Training is particularly recommended if you have any kind of injury and need rehabilitation before joining a mainstream class.

Having trained in Pre/Post-Natal exercise, I am also experienced in devising Pilates programmes for women during their pregnancy as well as post-natally. Pilates is an ideal form of exercise before, during and after pregnancy and can alleviate the many symptoms associated with pregnancy, particularly with regards back care.
