Modern Pilates are accredited by Central YMCA Qualifications, the Register of Exercise Professionals and Skills Active, which ensures the highest quality training possible
Modern Pilates teachers have to pass extensive theory exams, present case studies and plan both progressive and remedial programmes.
The final assessment is based around hours of observed teaching and a final practical assessment.
